Digestinol is helpful for people suffering from GER or GERD

GERD is an advanced version of GER. Even a child can contract GER, but if the symptoms of GER keep recurring back more than 2 times in a week, this condition is termed as GERD. The other symptoms of GERD are heart-burn, burning sensation in the throat, dry cough etc. GER is another name for Acid Reflux disease or Acid regurgitation disease. GER simply stands for gastroesophageal reflux and GERD stands for gastroesophageal reflux disease.
GER is common and having it once in a while doesn’t pose any problems. But like any other disease this one also shouldn’t be ignored since then it may change into GERD. GERD can lead to other serious health conditions if ignored persistently. GER is a condition, which happens due to the spontaneous opening of the (LES) Lower esophageal sphincter at different times or in certain circumstances it’s because it doesn’t close properly and the stomach contents enter the esophagus.
The other problem, which occurs, is that the digestive juices also enter the esophagus along with the food. Esophagus is a tube; the function of this tube is to transport food from the mouth to the stomach and Lower esophageal sphincter or LES as it’s known is a piece of muscle, which acts as an opening between the esophagus tube and the stomach. A major thing, which can be noted, is when acid reflux occurs in a person’s body, the food can be felt around the backside of mouth. If you get this feeling, it’s not a good thing, you must start taking precautions and avoid too much of fatty and fried stuff, chocolates, caffeinated drinks, spicy food, alcoholic drinks etc.
When an acid refluxed stomach comes in contact with the outer layers of the esophagus, it causes a sensation of burning in the throat or chest which is known as indigestion of the stomach and heart-burn respectively. There are two forms of GERD, there is a variety which happens without causing much of heart-burn too but still it shouldn’t be ignored. Since persistent GERD problems may lead to ulcers.
The actual cause of GERD is not known but some obvious reasons are obesity, pregnancy and smoking. People who don’t have any of these problems also may develop this condition and the cause for this disease in such people is unknown. Hiatal hernia may be a cause for GERD too. Scientists have found that whenever GERD occurs the LES does not function when the esophagus is working.
Hiatal hernia is a condition when the LES and the upper part of the stomach moves above the diaphragm and hence causes problems to the body. But whatever your condition, digestinol is useful and helpful in all such situations and help you relieve of all these symptoms and conditions but you shouldn’t expect instant results since no medicine for GER or GERD is known to give immediate relief and hence the dictum ‘Slow and Steady Wins the Race’ holds very true in this case.
